Keep West Memphis Beautiful

West Memphis residents young and old worked the seventh annual Keep West Memphis beautiful city-wide cleanup blitz. Every quarter of the city was visited and trash bagged by 40 registered volunteers. Ten representatives of the West Memphis police department flashed big smiles all morning, filling garbage bags and mingling with citizens. Students from Wonder, elected officials and hopeful politicians picked up litter from East Jackson to the library.
