Blues on Broadway

Main Street West Memphis celebrated Arkansas Heritage Month and Tourism Week with its annual Blues on Broadway event last week. The lunchtime festival at Regions Plaza Park featured cool live blues, cold soft drinks, quarter-pound hot dogs and all the fixings. Many from the city enjoyed the free fare and a bus load of tourists made the trip from North Little Rock to take in the sounds at the event and some sightseeing in the area.
