WMFD Answers the Call

“Ladder 1B making the response no matter what the weather is like!” — that was the promise the West Memphis Fire Department crew made on their Facebook page as bad weather crept in over the weekend, and the WMFD lived up to their word. B-Shift worked a residential structure fire around 2 a.m. Saturday morning while temperatures dipped down to 19 degrees. The next day, Engine Co-3A, Unit 14A and Battalion 10 responded in conjunction with the Marion Fire Department Engine Co. 2 and Tanker 1 to Lakeshore Estates for a trailer fire on Sunday.
