Calling all Community Service Personnel!

On Tuesday, St. Michael Catholic School was treated with a visit from many local community service workers. West Memphis Fire Department brought a fire truck with firefighters Josh Stokes, Zack Bailey, Trent Hanks, and Taylor Story. Sparky from WMFD was there as well to entertain and inform the students. There was also an ambulance with paramedics Chuck Brakensiek and Jonathon Hollis. Representing Crittenden County Sheriff Department were Deputy Lance Ellis and Deputy Briggs Keaton with K9, Buster. Arkansas State Police sent Sergeant Phillip Hydron, Trooper Steven Peyton, Trooper Dustin Arnold, and Trooper Logan Hall. The community service workers were greeted with banners of appreciation by the students. The students were able to explore the emergency vehicles and to meet and learn about Buster, the K-9 officer. Above: Mrs. Laura Saldivar and Mrs. Lanie Skoff's kindergarten classes hold up a banner showing their gratitude.
