Lady Devils sweep Mustangs on the road

West Memphis dominated Forrest City on the hardwood last week, defeating the Mustangs in three consecutive sets

WM School District The West Memphis Lady Devil volleyball team swept three sets for a victory at Forrest City last Tuesday evening.

West Memphis won 2516, 25-10 and 25-6.

The Lady Devils enjoyed a spectacular day at the service line, getting five aces apiece from Victoria Templeton, Cameron Aaron, Madeline Courtney and Madison King while Anna Nelson and Molly Henson each had four.

Aaron led the team in assists with 9 while Elissa Waldrip had 3. King led the team in kills with seven while Chloe Kauffman added six and Nelson had five.

The top defender for the Lady Devils was Caliana Freeman with two digs while Waldrip, Templeton, Nelson, Henson and King all had one.
