Why Are These Kids Smiling?

They’re happy to be a part of the Arkansas State University ABC Early Learning Center. The center, located in West Memphis is just one of several ABC (Arkansas Better Chance) schools in the state, designed to give young children a head start as they prepare to enter kindergarten.
