Gary Lynn Aaron, 59, of Bassett, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017.

He was born June 20, 1957 in West Memphis to Charles and Jean Aaron. He was a member of Wilson First Baptist Church and a Machine Operator at Viskase.

Survivors include his wife, Susan Aaron of Bassett; son, Charles Nick (Jennifer) Aaron of Marion; daughters, Brandy (Scottie) Winford of Joiner and Brandi (Edwin) Dawsey of Proctor; grandchildren, Macayla Robertson, Jessica Allen, Zack Dawsey, Cole Dawsey, Brandon Aaron, Savannah Aaron and Ethan Aaron; great-grandchild, Emma Jo Allen; mother, Jean Aaron of Marion; sister, Paula Williams of Marion; brothers, John Aaron and Greg Aaron both of Marion. He is preceded in death by his father; and daughter, Samantha Robertson. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Sunday, March 5, 2017 at Roller-Swift Funeral Home with funeral service following at 2 p.m.

Harry D. East Sr.

Harry D. East Sr., 83, of Marion died Tuesday, Feb.

28, 2017 at Methodist University Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mr. East was the President of East Cotton Company and a United States Marine Corps Veteran.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William R.

East Sr. and Margaret Inez East; two sons, Harry D. East Jr. and Murray David East.

He is survived by his wife, Gloria D. East of Marion; a son, Michael Dennis East (Baylus) of Marion; two sisters, Carolyn East and Jean Timbs both of Marked Tree; two brothers, Eric East (Gloria) of Concord, Virginia and William R. East Jr. of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Emilee East Brigman (Brack), Michael D. East Jr.

(Jodi) and Wilkes D. East (Erica); and three greatgrandchildren, Mary Elizabeth East, Hamer and Bo Brigman.

Visitation will be on Friday, March 3, 2017 from 10 a.m.

until, service time at 11 a.m.

at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with burial following at Tyronza Cemetery in Tyronza, Arkansas.

Sherry Lee Lenox, 51, West Memphis was born Dec. 1, 1965 in Dos Palos, California the daughter of Patricia Waddell- Mooney. She entered into eternal rest Wednesday, March 1, 2017 in Little Rock. Formally of West Memphis and the Crittenden County area Ms.

Lenox attended school in Hughes and many remember her for the several years of service as Manager of Fina Convenience Store. Sherry is survived by her mother, Patricia Mooney; and stepfather, James Mooney; one son, Brian Lenox (Alicia) of West Memphis; two daughters, Brandi Griffin (William) of West Memphis and Samantha Lenox of South Carolina.

Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, Brody, Adalynn, Olivia, Braedyn, Amiah, Will, Elizabeth, Gracie, Makayla, Addison, and Greyson. Eight siblings survive Ms. Lenox including her sisters, Lisa, Stacy, Tammy, and Jamie ; with brothers, Tony Jeff, Greg, and Blas, Jr. Ms. Lenox will lie in state at her visitation and gathering of friends which will be held Sunday March 5, 2017 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis. Pancake Breakfast

On Saturday, Feb. 25, DBS raised money for Children's Advocacy Center of Eastern Arkansas with a Pancake Breakfast at the Marion Shake Shack. The young ladies of DBS raised $2,357 through their efforts.
