Fatal Weekend Wreck

Marion Fire Department and Crittenden County Sheriff deputies responded to a multi vehicle on Interstellar 55 Saturday afternoon. A vehicle pulling a U-Haul was rear ended and the contents spilled into the median.

Trooper Hall investigated the scene and compiled an accident report north of Marion Saturday. The vehicle rolled several times after rear ending another. The driver was ejected and later died at the hospital.

These good samaritans prayed after administering CPR to a driver ejected from his SUV after striking a trailer in tow north of Marion. When Marion Fire Department medics arrived they found the man still unresponsive and called for an air lift. The conditions were too windy so the victim was transported to Regional One by ambulance.
