Now that the holidays are over, CASA Staff and Volunteers, along with DHS, wanted to take the time to thank everyone on behalf of the children in the Crittenden County Foster Care System for their donations during Operation Santa Storm this year. This was a challenging as the number of children in care during the holidays increased once again this year…but together, we did it!

Words can not express how thankful we are. With the aid of local individuals, churches, organizations and businesses, each and every child received the items they put on their wish list for Santa! We could not have done it without all of you. Not only were the wish lists for each child in foster care filled, we were also able to provide gifts to children involved in protective services cases as well as two mothers and their children fleeing domestic violence and residing in the Women’s Shelter. We were overwhelmed with joy to be able to spread the blessings all of you contributed to CASA’s Operation Santa Storm.

Thanks to all the businesses and individuals for adopting wish lists, filling stockings, providing food and decorations for the party and monetary contributions to aid in the purchase of items not purchased on the lists.

We would also like to thank the officers of the West Memphis and Arkansas State Police Departments for patrolling the area where there gifts were stored.

Thank You! CASA Arkansas Delta Operation Santa Storm
