Harvard Yard trash pickup

Judge Woody Wheeless surveyed Harvard Yard before the quorum court voted to contract for garbage service in that subdivision and in the Highland neighborhood. Dedman’s Sanitation will distibute these cans to residences in those two areas during the last week of December. The $20 a month collection service begins in January and will be invoiced on the water bill.
