Southland helps provide dinner to community
Southland Park Gaming & Racing Southland Park Gaming & Racing provided more than 160 turkeys to local charities to be distributed to those in need over the tristate area for the Thanksgiving week.
Each Thanksgiving holiday, Southland Park associates are provided turkeys by the company and these donated turkeys came from associates who chose to give their turkeys to those in need. Two local charities were represented at the presentation at Southland Park – Hughes Outreach Ministries and Good Neighbor Love Center.
“Each holiday season, we are so proud of the generosity shown by our associates,” said President and General Manager David Wolf. “Giving to others is what the holidays are about and Southland Park is happy to seize every opportunity to help its community.”
