Marvin Alexander, 94, of Parkin passed away Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Alexander; his three sons, Thomas, Carlos, Jimmy; and six grandchildren.

He is survived by his three daughters, Virginia Stephens, Evelyn Blaylock, Frances Harris (Short Boy) all of Parkin; three sons, Ernest Alexander (Denise) of Olive Branch, Middiddippi, Charles Alexander (Faye), Dwayne Watts both of Parkin; 21 grandchildren; 33 greatgrandchildren; 11 greatgreat grandchildren; and his two faithful companions, Hopper and Buckshot.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Roller Citizens Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 p.m. with interment following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
