Dorothy Gonzales, 92, of West Memphis passed away Monday, Nov. 21, 2016.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Gonzales.

She is survived by her sister, Margaret James of West Memphis; several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, Nov. 23, at 1:30 p.m. at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Dorothy Rimmer

Dorothy Rimmer, 91, of West Memphis passed away Sunday, Nov. 20, 2016 at Wynne, Arkansas.

Mrs.

Rimmer was born Feb. 13, 1925, to the late Dan Dexter and Annie Burke Charlton. She was a homemaker and a member of Fourth Street Baptist Church in West Helena, Arkansas.

Mrs. Rimmer is survived by her husband of 73 years, Coy B. Rimmer; a son, John Rimmer (Christine) of Marion, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Terry Griffin (Shane), Tammy Charlton (Jason), and John Rimmer, Jr.

(Lisa); fifteen great-grandchildren; three sisters, Myrt Montgomery, Mary Lou Delk and Brenda Dunlap; and two brothers, James Charlton and Donald Charlton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Naomi Hastings, Dexter Charlton, and Jerry Charlton.

Funeral services for Dorothy Rimmer will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held prior to services beginning at 1 p.m.. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Park in West Helena. Reverend Lance Madden will officiate.

Pallbearers are Shane Griffin, Jason Charlton, John “Danny” Rimmer, Jr., Dennis Delk, Stanley Powell, and Terry Rimmer.

Family request memorials be made to Fourth Street Baptist Church, 1226 North Fourth Street, West Helena, AR.

James Willard Walton

James Willard Walton, 66, passed away peacefully at home Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2016. He was born Feb. 28, 1950, in East St. Louis, Illinois to Nelson Richard and Lajuana Fay Walton. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and worked as a maintenance supervisor.

James has been a Marion County Resident for the past three years.

He is survived by his loving partner and wife of nine and one half years, Lissa Walton; a son, Jimmy Walton (Rachel); daughters, Melissa Smith and Kimberly Kubsch; a brother, Ted Walton; sisters, Bille Faye Reynolds and Lisa Rogers; grandsons, Michael Smith and Randy Smith, Jr.

Graveside service at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida, pending at this time.
