Captain Jimmy Byrd, West Memphis Fire Department, retired, 65, died Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016 at his home in West Memphis.
Captain Byrd was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lannie C. Byrd II and Mary Beth Franks Byrd.
He is survived by his daughter, Lindsey Turner of Jonesboro; sister, Judy Lynn Campbell of Big Fork, Montana; brother, Lannie C.
Byrd III of Wilson; grandson, Max Turner of Jonesboro.
Memorial services will be at Calvary Baptist Church on Friday, Nov. 18, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Gary Hair and Dayton Barnes officiating.
Interment will be at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Billy Harris
Billy Harris, 73, of West Memphis, passed away Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Wiona and Vadie Harris; four brothers; and six sisters.
He is survived by his sister, Brenda Huckaba of West Memphis; a niece, Angela Henry of West Memphis; and his nephew, Mark Huckaba of Dallas, Texas.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be on Monday, from 10 to 11 a.m.
at Roller Citizens Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. with interment following at Forest Park Cemetery in Forest City.

James Charles Kirkendoll
James Charles Kirkendoll, 58 of Marion, passed away on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eunice Faye Southard; and a brother, Fred Revelle.
Survivors include son, James Kirkendoll of West Memphis; daughter, Ashley Gibson of Marion; father, Billy Charles Kirkendoll of Tuscaloosa, Alabama: brothers, Danny Howell of Tuscaloosa, Rick Southard and Allen Southard of Arizona; sisters, Lahoma Pittman of Crawfordsville, Renee Weaver of Marion, Amy Kirkendoll of Tuscaloosa and Cindy Howell of Atlanta, Georgia; and abundance of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requested donations be made to Roller Citizens Funeral Home for final expenses.
Visitation was Thursday at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Services were on Friday, in the chapel.
Interment will followed at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Alice Faye Latham
Alice Faye Latham, 77, Hughes, was born Jan. 31, 1939, the daughter of the late Walter R. and Myrtle Burns.
She entered into rest Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, in Memphis.
Mrs. Latham was a homemaker. She was a Christian, with her membership in the Central Baptist Church of Hughes. Alice is survived by her husband of over 62 years, Mr. Bob Latham of the family home; three children, Ken (Theresa) Latham of Hughes, Diane (Keith) Cupples of Proctor and Sharon (Ricky) Barkley of Malvern. Also surviving are eleven grandchildren, seventeen greatgrandchildren. Mrs. Latham is preceded in death by her parents, and two sons, Michael and Gary Latham.
The family will receive their friends from 6 to 8 p.m.

Frances Lemser
Frances Lemser, 93, West Memphis, was born Jan. 26, 1923, in Vicksburg, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Calvin N. and Ruth O.
Phillips-Evans.
She entered into eternal rest Saturday, Nov. 12, at Broadway Nursing Home.
Ms.
Lemser was a binder in the printing industry faithfully working nearly six decades at Star-Toof Company in Memphis. Frances was a Christian with her devoted membership in the Calvary Baptist Church of West Memphis. Ms. Lemser is survived by her three children; Walter (Jenny) Adams of West Memphis, Leon (Eloise) Adams of Enterprise, Alabama and Mary (George) Brotbeck of Jacksonville, Florida. Also surviving are seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren; along with one sister, Kate Renfrow of Louisville, Mississippi. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, Tommy Lemser; one son, John P. Adams; three brothers; Leonard, Billy and Sam Evans; along with two sisters, Sue Simmons and Betty Whitlock. The family will receive their friends from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with funeral services following at noon all in the Main Chapel of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis. The family requests in lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of Ms.
