Annual Turkey Dinner – Sponsored by the United Methodist Women of Marion, United Methodist Church, will be held on Thursday, Nov. 10.

Crittenden County Retired Teachers Meeting – Thursday, Nov. 10 at Marion School District Administration Office. Crittenden County Judge Woody Wheeless will be the speaker. Annual Veterans Day Program – Friday, Nov. 11 at VFW Post 5225, 406 S. Avalon, West Memphis beginning at 11 a.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance. The West Memphis High School Band will perform along with Fire Chief Wayne Gately. Commander Elvin Tate and Quartermaster Wade Callicutt would like all to attend.

Caring Touch Quilters Annual Quilt Show and Sale

– Saturday, Nov. 12 from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Sunday,

Nov. 13 at 12 noon until 4 p.m. The show will be held in the Fellowship Hall at the First Baptist Church, 507 N. Rosser St., Forrest City. Profit will be given to Arkansas Missions.
