Mary Kathleen Busby Clay, 84, of West Memphis passed away Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016.
Kathleen was a beloved mother, sister, and grandmother. She was a member of Second Baptist Church and a retired Payroll Supervisor with the Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Memphis, Tennessee. She raised her children and spent her life in Folsom, California and West Memphis. Her sisters were her dearest friends and she completely devoted herself to her family. Kathleen was a voracious reader, avid gardener, and the scrabble queen.
She was preceded in death by her father, Walter Clifton Busby; her mother, Minnie Busby House; her step-father, James Virgil House; four sisters, Christine Easter, Pauline Sutton, Bettye McCrosky and Mary Dearen; and her brother, Jimmy House.
She is survived by her daughters, Patti Coleman of Marion, Peggy Brantly (Randy) of Oxford, Mississippi; her sons, Ronald Clay (Debbie) of Sandy, Utah and Billy Clay, Jr. (Tina) of Bartlett, Tennessee; nine grandchildren, Jennifer Wallace, Natalie Byas, Nicole Willard, Casey Calloway, Donnie Brantly, Ashley Clay, Tammy Wasion, Bryan Clay and Dylon Clay; 15 greatgrandchildren; three greatgreat grandchildren; three sisters, Virginia Daniel (Jim) of Memphis, Wanda Erstine (Phillip) of Collierville, Tennessee and Jeri Smith (Robert) of West Memphis; her brother, James House (Linda) of West Memphis; and many loved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be sent to Marion United Methodist Church, 81 E Military Rd, Marion, AR 72364 or to the Mid-South College Foundation, 2000 West Broadway West Memphis, AR 72301.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roller Citizens Funeral Home. Services will be at 11 a.m. with interment following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Powell K. Fowler
Powell K. Fowler, 74, of West Memphis died Friday, Nov. 4, 2016 at his home in West Memphis.
Mr. Fowler was the owner and operator of Hulbert Development Company and Fowler Sand and Gravel and Hulbert Mini Storage, he was a 32nd degree Mason, a Shriner, and a member of the Scottish Rite.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Logan and Eunice Fowler; two brothers, Gary and John Fowler; and a son Bubba Deen.
He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Sheila Fowler; two daughters, Kay Kay Davis and Kim Farve; a son, Jeff Fowler; two sisters, Helen Owens and Joyce Fowler Phillips; two brothers, Dave Fowler, and Dennis Fowler; six grandchildren, Abigail Fowler Hale, Mason Fowler, Brayson Davis, Kameron Davis, Brick Basinger and Houston Miller. Visitation was on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis with services at 11 a.m. on Monday, Nov.
7, 2016 at Calvary Baptist Church in West Memphis with burial following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
