OBITUARIES
Jack A. Jenkins Sr., 80, of Manila passed on Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, at Methodist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a retired plumber and a US Air Force Veteran. His hobbies were raising English and Pug Dogs, wood working and taking care of his mule named Lightning. Jack was born Dec. 4, 1935, at Five Points, Alabama. He is preceded in death by his mother, Clois Sammons and granddaughter, Jessie Roby. Jack is survived by his wife, Emogene Jenkins of Manila; two daughters, Elizabeth Darcel Roby and Teresa Lynn Crose of Okeechobee, Florida; one son, Jack A. Jenkins Jr. of Okeechobee, Florida; three step-daughters, Judy Ferrell of West Ridge, Linda Clark of Courtland, Mississippi and Dianna Welch of Bassett; sixteen grandkids and many, many great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola. Angela Lynn True
Angela Lynn True, 46, of West Memphis died Sunday, Oct. 30, 2016, at her home in West Memphis.
Mrs. True was of the Baptist Faith and was a rural mail carrier for the Marion Post Office.
She was preceded in death by her father, Bobby J. Hicks Sr.
She is survived by her husband, Michael H. True; two daughters, Heather True and Whitney True; her mother, Glenda Hicks; three brothers, Bobby J. Hicks Jr., Arnold W. Hicks and Larry A. Hicks; two grandchildren, Alyssa Wilbanks and David Michael Wilbanks.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016, at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with services at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home with burial following at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.

Herman Watlington
Herman Watlington of West Memphis died Friday, Oct. 28, 2016, in Memphis, Tennessee. He was 81.
He is survived by his daughter, Vivian Watlington Biggs of Bartlett, Tennessee; son, Darrel Watlington of Bartlett, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Jennie Watlington; brothers, Bub Watlington and Dallas Watlington both of Colt; sisters, Helen Collins of Wynne, Ruth Evans of Washington, Annette Bowman of Washington and Mattie Baskins of Marion; eight grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Beatrice Sumpter Watlington in 2010, and son, Herman Duane Watlington in 2005.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2016 from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. at Kernodle Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services following at 12 p.m. Burial will be in Smith Chapel Cemetery in Wynne.
