Cecil Lindsey McIntare of Earle, died Thursday, Sept.

22, 2016, at Forrest City Medical Center, he was 76. Cecil was born in Alabama on November 18, 1939 to John Alvin McIntare and Virginia O’Neal McIntare. He married Shirley VanHoozer in 1960. Cecil was a “shade tree” mechanic for over 50 years and worked as a machine operator at Earle Industries in Earle.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley VanHoozer McIntare of Earle; daughters, Kathy Pritchard of Marion, Nita McIntare of Marion and Tina Dozier of Edmondson; siblings, Peggy Herreth of Houston, Dorothy Jones of Tuckerman, Billy, Robert and James McIntare of Mountain View and Tommy McIntare of Tyronza; grandchildren, Jason McIntare, Markell McIntare, Joshua McIntare and Aurora Dozier; and great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his grandchild, Damien Pritchard.
