Congratulations

Congratulations to Ed and Allie Clarke of Horseshoe Lake. Hollis Marie Clarke was born on July 26, at 2:29 p.m. She weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces, and was 19 inches long. Hollis has a big sister, Kyle and a puppy brother, Hank Dog. Her grandparents are Ed and Mary Beth Clarke of Horseshoe Lake and Buster and Lynn White of Alexandria, Louisiana.

Congratulations to Gregg and Jennifer Ray of Horseshoe Lake, for the arrival of their newest grandson. Lane Clyde Hudson Arant was born July 26th, at 8:48 p.m. He was 5 pounds, 5 ounces and was 18 inches long. His parents are Johnathan and Haley Arant of Lafe. Lane has one big brother, Goliath, a Great Dane.

County 76

There were four from Crittenden County who attended the County 76 meeting in Little Rock on July 26. They were Melinda Akins, Holly Bacon, Donna Briggs and Adair Dhority. In between the meeting and project groups the ladies enjoyed Grilled Chicken Salad, Crackers, Bread, Watermelon and over 12 different desserts to choose from. The County 76 Master Gardener are volunteers of the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service operating as volunteers at the state level. The goals of County 76 are to strengthen and support the Arkansas Master Gardener program statewide and with consistency.
