Holiday house fires

They say lightning never strikes the same place twice, but it certainly struck twice in the same city on Monday. A pair of Marion homes were struck by lightning on the Fourth of July, just miles and minutes apart. A home in St. John’s Landing (above) and another in Casa Terra (below) were both set afire by lightning, sending Marion Fire Department crews into action.
