Rock legend Sammy Hagar arrived in West Memphis on Friday to present checks to three local charities totaling $50,000.

The profits he earned from Sammy Hagar's Red Rocker Bar and Grill in 2015 were donated to the following charities: The Mid-South Food Bank, $10,000; The Boys and Girls Club of Crittenden County, $20,000; Steudlein Learning Center, $20,000. Sammy spent time greeting and interacting with guests in his restaurant in celebration.

The 150-seat restaurant and sports bar features 55 HDTVs, Hagar's signature rum in the drink menu, 20 draft beers on tap served at 29 degrees, and a food menu featuring classic bar favorites such as burgers, wings, and barbecue nachos, with a rock and roll twist.
