Phyllis Hazley, 54, of Memphis, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016, at Baptist East Hospital. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday, 11 a.m. at Lake Grove MBC with burial in Lake Grove Cemetery.

She leaves a son, Don Brown of Memphis; her mother, Mildred Sorrell of West Memphis; three sisters, Adra Hazley, Connie Hazley and Peggy Anthony all of West Memphis; one brother, Bobby Sorrell of West Memphis; and five grandchildren.

Shernell L. Henderson

Shernell L. Henderson, 41, of Earle, died Saturday, June 25, 2016, in Methodist University Hospital, Memphis. Visitation Friday, July 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony-West Memphis Funeral Home North Chapel. Services Saturday, July 2, 11 a.m., in St. James M. B. Church at Earle, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in St. Luke Cemetery at Earle. She is survived by her mother, Bobbie Jean Henderson of Earle; two sisters, Joyce Henderson of Earle and Gwen Henderson of West Memphis; four brothers, Kevin Henderson, Marco Henderson, Michael Henderson of Earle and Isaac Henderson of Little Rock.

Ivory “Mainboy” Morris

Ivory “Mainboy” Morris, 94, of Proctor, died Monday, June 27, 2016, in the Broadway Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Visitation Friday, July 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home South Chapel. Services Saturday, July 2, 11 a.m. in True Vine M. B. Church at Neuhardt. Burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. He is survived by two sisters, Jessie Mae Burton of West Memphis and Clydie Mae Ervin of Memphis.

Charles E. Newsome

Charles E. Newsome, 67, of West Memphis, passed away Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at his residence. He was a mechanic. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday 11 a.m. also at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery.

He leaves three daughters, Twyla Brigham, Yvette Curtis and Cannon McCoy all of West Memphis; three sons, Reginald Brigham, Robert Brigham and Antonio Brigham all of West Memphis.

Phillip Edward Spicer

Phillip Edward Spicer, 59, of Jacksonville, Florida, and formerly of West Memphis, died June 28, 2016. Spicer was born Aug. 7, 1956, in Trumann, the son of Edward and Patsy Spicer. He worked in auto parts service and management for many years. Phillip was of the Pentecostal faith. Mr. Spicer is survived by two daughters, Shannon Spicer and Jonelle Spicer of Memphis; his mother, Patsy of West Memphis; a granddaughter, Kortney Hill of Memphis; one sister, Leah J. Spicer-Hamilton of Marion; and one brother Rodney J. Spicer of Memphis. Mr. Spicer is preceded in death by his father and his wife, Vera. The family will receive their friends from 10 to 11 a.m. July 2, with funeral services following at 11 a.m., all in the Chapel of Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis.
