Milton Lee Brown, 64, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin formerly of West Memphis, died Thursday, May 26, 2016, in Ozaukee, Wisconsin. Visitation Friday, June 3rd from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony-West Memphis Funeral Home North Chapel. Services Saturday, June 4, 1 p.m. in True Vine M. B. Church at Sunset with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. He is survived by a sister, Alean Hall of Atlanta, Georgia; and a brother, Curt Brown of Dallas, Texas.

Mrs. Claudean Cobb, 68, of West Memphis, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday, 11 a.m. at 2nd St. John MBC with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery.

She leaves two daughters, Tina Wade of West Memphis and Regina Love of Memphis, Tennessee; two sons, Jamaal Walter of Marion and Frederick Walter of West Memphis; her mother, Mrs. Velma Granger of West Memphis; five sisters, Mary Star, Gloria Martin, Nettie Brant and Brenita Cooper all of West Memphis and Cynthia Faggett of Denver, Colorado; three brothers, Harry Granger Jr. and Donnell Granger of West Memphis and Elder Granger of Centennial, Colorado; 15 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Mary Holmes

Mary Holmes, 67, of West Memphis, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Regional One Health Center. Visitation Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services 11 a.m. Saturday, at Beautiful Zion Church with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery.

She leaves one daughter, Melanie Walker of West Memphis; one son, Terry Butler of West Memphis; six sisters, Edna Early, Rosie Payne and Dorothy Brewer all of West Memphis, Lue Berta Collins and Lavern Dorsey both of Chicago, Illinois and Jackie Chess of Bryan, Texas; and one brother, Donald Chess of Marion.

Mary Lee Marshall

Mary Lee Marshall, 81, of Memphis, passed away Saturday, May 28, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday 11 a.m. at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 1821 Kansas St., Memphis, Tennessee with burial in Forrest Hill Cemetery, Midtown.

She leaves two daughters, Bennie Davis and Maylizze Cowans both of Memphis; one son, Henry Walls Sr. of West Memphis; and 18 grandchildren.

Esther Jenkins Melton

Esther Jenkins Melton, 86, of West Memphis passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, May 31, 2016.

She was of the Baptist faith and worked at Orgill Brothers for 42 years.

She is survived by two sons, Dennis Melton and Mike Melton; a daughter, Michele Miller (E.J.); her grandchildren, Matt Melton, Natalie Garey, EmmaLee Garey, and Lannie Miller; two sisters, Colleen Bonanno and Vivian Pafford; and a brother, Jerome Jenkins.

She is preceded by her husband of 57 years, Walter Melton and her mother, Fontella Jenkins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Center.

Visitation will be at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home on Thursday, June 2 from 6 to 8 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Crittenden Memorial Park on Friday at 2 p.m.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Lee Mobley of Edmondson; two sons, Calvin Whittier and Albert Lee Herron of West Memphis; one sister, Charlean Maxwell of Memphis; one brother, Gentle Lee Herron, Jr. of West Memphis; four grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife, Ullar Bell Washington of West Memphis; eight daughters, Joyce Ann Washington, Sandra Ann Washington, Virgie Lee Washington, Meagon Washington, LeKeisha Hamilton of West Memphis, Felecia Hamilton of Memphis, Jasmine Washington of Little Rock, and Charlene Hamilton of Knoxville, Tennessee; four sons, Jimmy Washington of Earle, Timothy Washington, David Lee Washington of West Memphis and Samenzeo Washington of Memphis; two sisters, Ethel Lee Brown of Hughes and Mary Louise Rolfe of St. Louis, Missouri; one son, Lloyd Washington of Cleveland, Ohio; 28 grandchildren and 29 great grandchildren.
