Moseley retires as WMFD Chaplain

‘A Catholic priest, two Baptist preachers and a mayor walk into a fire station…’ No, it’s not the first line of a bad joke — but that was the scenario last week as West Memphis United Methodist Pastor and Fire Department Chaplain David Moseley (center) was recognized for his service to the WMFD as he bid farewell on Wednesday morning. Joining him were (from left-to-right) West Memphis Fire Chief Wayne Gately, Chaplain Gary Hair, Mayor Bill Johnson, and Chaplains Father Charles Thessing and Ron Kirkland. Moseley is moving to Hot Springs to continue his ministry.
