Same kind of ending but using a different ark
Same kind of ending but using a different ark
I know most of you have heard or read about the flood and the eight people and a lot of animals that were saved. Well the question that seems to stay with me is, “Are we almost at that time? That time when that new ark called Jesus will come in a cloud, and his great booming voice coming out of it saying, ‘come up hither’?”
And this voice will be heard around the world by all believers, and we believers get to get on that new ark and sail away to a place that our human minds can't comprehend. And one of the most wonderful things about all this — it happens in a twinkling of an eye, or to put it in some type of perspective, quicker than you can possibly snap your fingers.
I had a Christian friend of mine tell me one time, and it was one of his favorite sayings, that it will be faster than a ‘57 Chevrolet with three two-barrel carburetors off the line. Then he would just grin, and if you lived through the 1950s then you know what I'm saying. And bless his heart, he has gone on ahead, so now he doesn't have to worry about the cloud or the speed of the ‘57 Chevy.
Well, when the flood happened, it was almost always called Noah's time or Noah's day, so as we go along in this writing keep that thought in mind, and also the words “as it was in the days of Noah.” And in Noah's time, it was not unlike what we see today, only back then there was probably a lot more of it (and if you just look around with all the perverted behavior and the ungodliness that we see and hear about almost everyday of our life and all this political correctness leading the way and because of that a lot of people accept it without a second thought).
The Bible talks about that great falling away from the faith in the latter days. and I believe that it is happening very fast. I guess one of the things that I see more and more is the way people want to change God to fit the way that they want him to be. And now it sometimes gets to the point of just believing that there is no God at all. Now God has a saying for that also, and if you say there is no God, then you are a fool, so if you believe that way I didn't call you a fool, God did, because he is able to look into your heart and know the true person you are, because you can fool other people by the way you talk and live and go to church every time the doors open. Remember the saying, just because someone refers to him as Lord doesn't mean they belong to him… God's word, not mine.
Now during Noah's time, the Bible says there were dads giving their daughters in marriage and men were taking wives, and babies were being born, but unlike us today where some take a lot of pride in killing our babies. But there were other awful things going on of all kinds throughout the land, but the one thing that I just mentioned, we got the upper hand on Noah as far as I can find out even with all the ungodliness, there is a chance that there were no abortions, and from what I see that is one thing that we have come to love and because of our love for killing babies it puts far ahead of being one of the most ungodly generation of all generations before us except maybe Noah's time. And yeah, I know all about the right of a woman to have that choice because the law of the land gives her that right, but be assured that doesn't line up with God's law of his land.
I don't want to get too far into the bushes, but there were some giant people that lived during that time that were produced by fallen angels and humans, so in Noah's time it seemed everything that was sinful and ungodly was on the table — kind of reminds you of the way we are starting to live today. And you know it will turn out pretty close to the same way it did in Noah's time. Ours will be called the Great Tribulation but the results will be almost be the same, because with the great tribulation, we start all over again also.
So keep this in mind — when God gets enough, then he will bring it to an end and the end that he puts in place sure won’t be pretty. But remember God loves you and wants' the best for you and through his son has fixed it so you have a way out so if it happens to you then the blame falls on you.
May God bless you and your loved ones.
