Marie Baddour Albertson, 93, of West Memphis, passed away Monday, May 16, 2016.
She became one of the first female optometrists in the state of Arkansas and was an inspiration to many. She was a member of the West Memphis United Methodist Church and loved her church circle. She was a Life Master at Bridge and was a member of several Bridge Clubs. She enjoyed traveling and was always a fun loving person, always happy, and greeted everyone with a smile.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Albertson. She was survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Baddour Memorial Center. Visitation will be on Friday, from 12 to 1 p.m. at Roller Citizens Funeral Home. Services will follow at 1 p.m.

Emma Lee Hill Jackson Miles, 89, of Marion, died Monday, May 16, 2016 in her home. Services Saturday, May 21, 11 a.m. in Fourteenth Street Church of Christ (North 7th Street), West Memphis, with visitation one hour prior to service. Burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. She is survived by two daughters, Dorothy Lee Perry and Merlean Hill of Memphis; two sons, Larry O'Brien Jackson of Marion and Kenneth Jackson of Las Vegas, Nevada; one sister, Gracie Mae Cox of New Madrid, Missouri; one brother, William Montgomery of Atlanta, Georgia; two special step children, Vicki Robertson of West Memphis and Kenny Miles of Jonesboro; a special cousin, Johnny L. Hill, Jr. of Memphis; 15 grandchildren; 34 great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
