It was needed then and it’s still needed now…

I know that the subject I'm writing about here is not very popular in most circles, and I somewhat agree with you because of the horrible nature of it, but you’ve got to understand that without it the world population would be lost from the beginning of time, and that subject is about blood.

It all started in God's garden with the first man and woman and after they rejected the law of God by disobeying him when he told them not to eat the fruit of that certain tree that was planted in the middle of the garden, and me personally, I don't think that it had anything to do with the fruit itself, because I believe that fruit on that tree was no different that any of the other fruit, but the disobeying of God's law when he told them not to do it.

I believe that to this very day when we become Christians we are a lot like Adam and only about 50 percent of what we were doing before changes and the other fifty percent we still do sometimes a little and sometimes a lot. So I believe that when we as a Christian disobey God we will stand in front of God in judgment for those things that we do after we became a Christian, not judged as far as heaven or hell is concerned, because when you accept the free gift of God and he writes your name in the Lamb’s book of life with his shed blood, then I believe that as far as heaven is concerned it's a done deal and you are on your way to heaven because God never gave an eraser to his son.

You remember that when they did disobey God, old Satan himself made sure that they realized for the first time they had need for a covering, because they knew that they were naked, so this brought on the first shedding of blood, so as to appease the heart that now was on the road to self guidance. So some animals had to be killed to make some clothes for the two of them, because leaves would only do so much for a short amount of time, and these animals were brought into this world to be part of a sacrifice when man moved on through time.

I believe that this was the first time that God was trying to show us that in the future, more blood would have to be shed to give us covering for our sins, and it would have to be done with his son being the sacrifice and the horrible death he would have to endure. Just a few years after they were put out of the garden, man not only killed animals but for the first time, man shed the blood of another man when Cain killed Able, so here we go.

I guess when some people read some of this, it makes them think that the Christian belief is what some call a slaughterhouse religion, but if you think about God's plan for man then it has to be this way. Now lets jump on in time a few more years, to a time when something happened that we call Passover, and if you have read or heard about it, you know that God used a man named Moses to bring his people out of bondage.

You know the story of crossing the sea on dry land, but that is another writing that needs to be covered, because of the great message that God was trying to tell us in that story, but let's get back to the story of Passover, and if you remember how he tried to deal with Pharaoh in a peaceful way, but as man today he was not going to have any part of that so he rebelled the same as man today and so God sometimes has to get our attention as he did with Pharaoh with all the plagues and when that fails, then he has to go to his other plan, and we don't want God to ever have to go to that back up plan because then it is kind of like the saying the proof is in the pudding when in a lot of cases we become pudding.

But the one thing I was trying to show is after he dealt with Pharaoh that last time, he had finally had enough, so he told his people to get some animal blood and put it on each side of the door frame and across the top of the door because he was going to send his death angel through the land that night, and take the first born of all the people that lived there and this included Pharaoh's son.

I believe that the underlying story here is that we Christians that have put that blood of the savior on our hearts door posts then when God sees that blood then he will pass over you and let you in heaven where he is. I know that some out there that read this are thinking how this guy can believe the things that he writes is beyond me.

So all I can say is this is what I feel from the heart, and the reason being is that is where God's Holy Spirit lives according to his written word as far as I'm concerned so God bless you and yours, and may you make the right decision to put the blood of the Lamb on your heart’s door posts as far as your eternal home is concerned.
