The old railroad building at 5th Street and Broadway was condemned by West Memphis City Council last Thursday. The building heads the list of building and homes on the waiting list for demolition. The caved-in roof, broken windows and doorways overgrown with vines show the reasons the city moved to condemn this longtime Broadway fixture.
