Corey D. Davis

Corey D. Davis, 36, of West Memphis, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in Methodist University Hospital. Visitation Friday, April 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home South State Room. Services Saturday, April 9, 10 a.m. in Second St. John M. B. Church, West Memphis with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. He is survived by his mother, Ollie Mae Byerson of West Memphis; his father, Robert Williams of Shreveport, Louisiana; his step father, Jacob Byerson of Maryland; two sisters, Adrianne Davis of Memphis and Robin Williams of Shreveport, Louisiana.

Michael Donnerson

Michael Donnerson, of Marion, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital. He was a foreman for the West Memphis Water Department. Visitation Friday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday, 11 a.m. at Beautiful Zion Church with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery.

He leaves his wife, LeTesia Beason Donnerson; five daughters, Tyler Donnerson and Taylor Donnerson of West Memphis, Crystal Bobo of Honolulu, Hawaii, Sheena German of St. Louis, Missouri and Porsche Davis of Marion; seven sons, Gabriel Donnerson and DeAndre Bobo of St. Louis; Muntrail Donnerson of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Lawarren Bobo, Michael Donnerson Jr., Marquis Lester and Demarcus German all of West Memphis; six sisters, Linda Terrell, Lisa Donnerson, Kimberly Donnerson, Dorothy Donnerson, Joyce Davis and Angela Donnerson; four brothers, Randy Donnerson of St. Paul, Minnesota, Kevin Donnerson and Perry Donnerson of West Memphis and Christopher Donnerson of Pasadena, California; 27 grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren.

Corrine Edwards

Corrine Edwards, 68, of West Memphis, died Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in Methodist University Hospital. Visitation Friday, April 8 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Anthony Funeral Home Chapel South and Saturday, April 9 from 10 to 11 a.m. in Progressive Baptist Church, 34 Vance, Memphis. Services will follow at 11 a.m. in the church with burial in Marion Memorial Cemetery. She is survived by one daughter, Theresa Briscoe of West Memphis; four sons, John E. Hayes of Houston, Texas, Anthony Hayes, Perry Hayes and Juarez J. Banks of West Memphis; four sisters, Dorothy Edwards, Eileen Mitchell, Clara Willis and Martha Clark of West Memphis; eight brothers, Wayne Edwards, Clent Edwards, Eugene Edwards, Eugene Townsend, David Edwards, Frank Mitchell all of West Memphis and Leroy Mitchell of Houston, Texas; 15 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

Willie James Giles

Willie James Giles, 72, of Cordova, Tennessee, formerly of Turrell, passed away Friday, April 1, 2016, at St. Francis Hospital. He was a farmer.

Visitation is scheduled for Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Turrell Chapel. Burial Saturday at 11 a.m. at Wolfe Brothers Chapel in Turrell.

He leaves his wife Jocie Jives; two daughters, Pastor Betty Mitchell of Sikeston, Missouri and Prophetess Jeanette Jives of Tampa, Florida; two sons, Willie Jives Jr. of Orlando, Florida and Jessie Jives of Bridgeport, Connecticut; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Roosevelt Hollis

Roosevelt Hollis, 97, of Chicago, Illinois, formerly of Jericho, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016, in Chicago. A private service will be in Chicago. A memorial service will be held in Arkansas at a later date.

He is survived by a daughter, Rosie El of Chicago; two sons, Andrew Hollis and Joe Hollis both of Detroit, Michigan; one sister, Delia Mae Torrence of San Diego, California; 35 grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews; and two special granddaughters who cared for him, Lynette Hollis of Ft. Worth, Texas and Bernice Ross of West Memphis.

Preceding him in death are his parents; three sisters; two brothers; and two children.

Terry Lee Hull

Terry Lee Hull of Kansas City, Missouri, originally of Marion, passed away Sunday, April 3, 2016. Funeral arrangements are pending at this time.
