Jam with the ‘Jungle Book’ tonight

Dr. Trent Pierce of Family Practice Center of West Memphis, sponsor of Crittenden Youth Theatre’s “The Jungle Book KIDS,” smiles backstage with some of the cast members from the production. Appropriate for all ages, this fun stage adaptation of the beloved Rudyard Kipling novel and Disney animated film will bring some of Disney’s most timeless characters and songs to life. The show opened with a special matinee yesterday afternoon and an evening performance. The final show will be tonight at 7 p.m. at the RiverPAC Civic Auditorium. Tickets are $12 for adults and $6 for students 12 and under, and are available at the door. “The Jungle Book KIDS” is directed and choreographed by professional Memphis actress and choreographer Emma Crystal. Amanda Kraft is musical director, and Katie Brick is stage manager. Crittenden Youth Theatre is a program of DeltaARTS.
