Mr. Ira Jean Coleman
Mr. Ira Jean Coleman, 66, of West Memphis, passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, in Detroit, Michigan. Visitation Friday from 5 to 7 p.m., at Unity Missionary Baptist Church. Services Saturday 11 a.m., also at Unity Missionary Baptist Church, with burial in Paradise Garden Cemetery. Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
He leaves four sisters, Elaine Coleman and Rose Mary Coleman Brown both of West Memphis, Rubie Coleman Jones of Detroit, Michigan and Joyce Coleman Miller of Cleveland, Ohio; and three brothers, Rev. Herman Coleman, Earnest Coleman, Jr. and Chris Coleman all of West Memphis.
Ms. Lakita Danielle Smith
Ms. Lakita Danielle Smith, 23, of Memphis, formerly of West Memphis, passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, from 5 to 7 p.m., at Wolfe Brothers Funeral Home. Services Saturday 12 p.m. at Wolfe Brothers Chapel.
She leaves her step-father, Tom Lawson, and her stepmother, Nedra Smith, both of Memphis, Tennessee; her mother, Rachel Lawson and her father, Clarence Smith both of Memphis; four sisters, Cynthia Smith of West Memphis, Kimberly Smith, Tamira Smith and Cameron Smith all of Memphis; five brothers, Germund Harris of Marion, Dexter Smith of West Memphis, step-brother Tevin Lawson of Memphis, Tayvon Lawson of Memphis and Malik Lawson of Oxford, Mississippi; her grandmother, Lillie Davis of West Memphis; and her grandfather Richard Reed of Earle.
Rev. James E. Watson, Sr.
Rev. James E. Watson, Sr., 77, of Memphis, passed away Friday, Feb. 19, 2016. He was the former pastor of Rock of Ages Missionary Baptist Church, Tyronza. Visitation Friday at Beautiful Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 420 S. 15th St., West Memphis from 6 until 8 p.m.
Funeral services will be held SaUirday, Feb. 27th at 11 a.m.
at the church. He leaves to cherish his memory, a wife, Barbara Bland-Watson; five children, Joyce Rosser of Memphis, James E.
(Bridgette) Watson, Jr., of Memphis, Edward Walton of West Memphis, Debra Walton of Memphis and Nicole (Eric) Newton of Indianapolis, Indiana; one sister, Genetta Hill; 18 grandchildren, 34 great-grandchildren.
Internment will be in Jerusalem Cemetery, Quito, Tennessee. Mabone Funeral Home LLC.
