I work out on Hino Blvd. The speed bumps that was placed on the road are not working for the purpose they were placed there for. The big trucks don’t slow down for them because 90% of the big rigs are not driven by the owners and they don’t care. Those trucks have heave duty suspension parts and can take the bumps without damages. On the other hand most cars slow down for fear of damages to their cars suspension parts, shocks, struts, tires and wheels.

With all the industry going in out here and lots of heavy loads crossing this small worn out bridge, you would think the planning department and engineers would have replaced this bridge long ago.

I had an 18-wheeler pass me at 60 mph at the bridge. I know for sure there is 400 to 500 trucks crossing this poor little bridge daily 24 hours.
